Personal Data

Agimov may request certain personal data from the User. Agimov will provide the User with the necessary information so that, beforehand, they can expressly give their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes by Agimov.

The data collected is processed automatically and is intended for the establishment of User/Client status, subsequent future contacts, namely direct marketing actions, offering accessory products and services related, even indirectly, to Agimov's activity.

General Provisions

The non-exercise, or the late or partial exercise, of any right to which Agimov is entitled under this agreement or any applicable provision, does not imply a waiver of that right and does not prevent its subsequent exercise.

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the User and Agimov with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Changes to the Terms of Use

These terms of use may be updated at any time by Agimov without prior notification to Users, in order to respond to legal requirements or operational changes. The User will always have access to the terms of use in force online.

This document will always be available online and can be freely consulted, and the same can be saved or printed at any time, even without being registered on the site.

Any changes will be communicated to registered Users through online posting.

Subsequent access to and use of the site by the User will be considered an unequivocal sign that the User has read, accepted, and understood the amended Terms and Conditions, unless they imply a change in Agimov's personal data processing policy, in which case the user will be required, beforehand, to give express authorization for the change in the processing or the purposes of processing personal data.

Partial Invalidity

Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
